At Design Essentials, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your beauty products, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused or gently used products in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
